Fertility Massage with Castor Oil
Fertility Massage combines therapeutic massage techniques with energy healing to support overall health and fertility through the power of touch. This approach works with the nervous system to release feel-good chemicals in the brain, boost circulation and lymphatic flow, enhance body awareness, improve sleep, aid digestion, and help relieve stress.
While many people find Fertility Massage deeply nurturing, scientific research has not confirmed any direct effects on fertility or pregnancy outcomes. Like yoga and meditation, however, massage may help reduce stress — an important factor in overall wellness.
Castor oil has a long history of traditional use in fertility support. Although scientific evidence is limited, castor oil is known for its natural anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. It’s believed to help improve circulation, particularly around the reproductive organs, and some suggest it may gently stimulate the uterus — though more research is needed to fully understand its effects.
Acupressure Points and Therapeutic Massage
Acupressure Points and Therapeutic Massage are Traditional Chinese Medicines based on the same ideas as acupuncture but without needles. They involve applying pressure to a specific point on the body to bring greater balance and circulation.
Many times, the acupressure point is not located near the symptom. As healing energy moves through the Meridian system, it governs blood circulation and harmonizes all body functions.
Trigger point and Therapeutic Massage
Trigger point and Therapeutic Massage, a technique of remarkable precision, hones in on sensitive, sore spots in the muscles. These are areas where the bands of muscle fibres have tightened and contracted, often causing discomfort.
These spots are called trigger points. By applying pressure on the trigger point this will release. Trigger-point massage therapy can relieve pain and discomfort, relax muscles, and improve function.

Vacuum Cupping & Ultrasound Therapy
Vacuum cupping is a therapy where suction cups are placed on the skin to create negative pressure. This suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward, promoting circulation and muscle relaxation.
Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to penetrate deep into tissues, generating heat and promoting healing.

Vacuum Cupping
Cupping therapy works by creating suction on the skin, which helps increase blood flow to the affected area. This suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward, promoting circulation, loosening tight muscles, and stimulating the lymphatic system to remove toxins.
The therapy is commonly used for pain relief, muscle recovery, and reducing inflammation. It can also help improve flexibility, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being.
The marks left by cupping, which fade within a few days, indicate increased circulation and the body's natural healing response.
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic Ultrasound has long been a favorite among chiropractors, physiotherapists, and now, massage therapists too!
This treatment uses high-frequency sound waves — far beyond the range of human hearing — to target affected tissues. You won’t hear or feel the device vibrating under normal use. If you bring it close to your ear, you might catch a faint sound, but it’s nothing like the strong buzzing or tingling sensation you experience with a TENS machine. Toward the end of a session, you may notice a gentle warming of the treated area, which is a natural response to increased blood flow. Importantly, the device itself does not produce heat directly.
Therapeutic ultrasound may help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and speed up soft tissue healing. By delivering ultrasonic energy into injured tissues, it creates microscopic vibrations within the water molecules of the soft tissue. This enhances local circulation, supports the reduction of swelling, and promotes the body’s natural healing processes.

- Over suspected or confirmed malignancies (tumors)

- Over vascular abnormalities (e.g., haemangiomas, capillary or arterial malformations)
- Directly on the abdomen or lower back during pregnancy
- Over active growth plates (epiphysis) in young individuals, areas with myositis ossificans, or over the eyes, skull, or reproductive organs
- Over open wounds, fragile, or damaged skin (e.g., eczema)
- Over the carotid sinus (front of the neck)
- Over spinal abnormalities (e.g., spina bifida) or post-laminectomy sites
- On areas with active deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or thrombophlebitis
- On recently radiated tissues (within six months of high-dose radiation, excluding diagnostic X-rays)
- By individuals who are unable to understand or follow application instructions

The Detox Foot Spa is a therapeutic, 30-minute foot soak that uses ionization to encourage the release of toxins through the feet—home to over 2,000 pores. During the session, the water gradually changes colour, reflecting the detox process taking place.

How does it work?
The foot spa uses a specialized ionizing array that sits in warm saltwater with your feet. A low electrical current separates the water’s hydrogen and oxygen molecules, creating positive and negative ions. These ions attract oppositely charged toxins in your body and draw them out through the skin via osmosis.
As the session progresses, you’ll notice water discoloration—this is partly due to the ions reacting with the toxins your body is releasing.

Please do not use if you are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Using a pacemaker or electrical implant
- Taking heart rhythm-regulating medication
- An organ transplant recipient
- Missing a major organ (especially the colon)
