For over 30 years, Jo Mansfield has been dedicated to helping others find balance and healing as a Holistic Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and Healer. Her deep expertise spans across a wide range of healing techniques, including Swedish and Relaxation Massage, Reiki Mastery, Theta Healing, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping).​

Jo also holds certificates in Shiatsu Therapy, Myofascial Release/Remedial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Chinese Hot Stone Therapy, and Aromatherapy.​

What truly sets Jo apart is her unique gift as an Intuitive Medium. Through her deep spiritual connection, she offers insights that can help guide you through life’s challenges, whether they relate to your past, present, or future.​

Jo’s passion for wellness doesn’t stop there. She has organized wellness and spiritual expos, psychic reading parties, and corporate wellness events under her previous business, Cosmic Balance. In the early 2000s, she ran a beloved retail shop in Bacchus Marsh, Total Balance & Harmony. Jo was the owner of W&L Corporate Massages, providing therapeutic massages to staff and clients in corporate settings, bringing wellness into the workplace.​
